By using Menuakam, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Menuakam is a platform that allows you to browse restaurant and café menus, discover nearby establishments, save your favorites, and place orders at your table via QR code. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app or its servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app to transmit any harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest any data from the app without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Menu items, prices, images, descriptions, availability, and opening hours are provided by the restaurants and cafés themselves. Menuakam acts as a platform to display this information and does not independently verify its accuracy.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of restaurant information.
• Actual menu items and prices may vary. Please verify with the restaurant directly.
• Restaurant availability and operating hours are subject to change without notice.
• Food allergen and nutritional information, if displayed, is provided by the restaurant and may not be complete.

Menuakam allows you to browse menus and submit orders from your table by scanning a restaurant's QR code. When using this feature:

• Orders submitted through the app are sent directly to the restaurant's system.
• Final confirmation of your order is at the discretion of the restaurant staff.
• Menuakam is not responsible for order errors, delays, or disputes between you and the restaurant.
• Any payment for orders is handled directly with the restaurant — Menuakam does not process payments.

Your saved favorites, language preferences, and theme settings are stored locally on your device. Menuakam does not back up this data to our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, this information will be permanently lost.

If you enable push notifications, you agree to receive messages from Menuakam including offers, restaurant updates, and app announcements. You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications in the app settings or your device settings. We will not send excessive or unsolicited notifications.

Menuakam includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help you explore menus and get recommendations. Please note:

• The AI assistant provides suggestions based on menu data only — it is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.
• Responses may not always be accurate. Always verify important details such as allergens directly with the restaurant.
• Do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information with the AI assistant.

Menuakam is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
• We are not responsible for issues related to food quality, service, or disputes at any establishment listed in the app.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the app.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

All content within the Menuakam app — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, code, and text — is the property of Menuakam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
• Restaurant names, logos, and menu content remain the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
